Normalizing Your AnxietiesHi, I'm Cody. I am going to be working with my sister Amy and Mr. Williams to help you understand and normalize your anxiety. Anxiety makes you feel like your broken and as long as you believe that lie, you're going to believe all the lies your fears tell you.
In your first on-line lesson you will learn to normalize your anxiety, that means to make it normal. And in the process you're going to see that you are normal too.
